Supergoop! Top 10 Product Recommendations

  1. Matte Screen SPF 40 - It’s a 100% mineral SPF with a slight tint that blends into nothing. For being a matte sunscreen, this is incredibly hydrating and looks awesome under makeup. For a solid year I wore it with and without makeup. It will not work on the deepest tones, and the tint might be a touch too dark for super fair skin.

  2. Glow Screen Body SPF 40 - A pretty new launch; this has quickly become my favorite body SPF and totally worth the splurge during the sale. It’s regular price is hefty for a body sunscreen where you need to use a lot. It’s not sticky and gives a subtle glow— no metallic! I save it for special occasions and when I won’t be in and out of water. This is a chemical SPF.

  3. Glow Oil SPF 50 - This is my go-to poolside SPF favorite. I used this for YEARS before I became an “influencer.” It’s hydrating, but not greasy but gives your whole body a glow. It’s water resistant for 80 minutes. I know al ot of people feel that an SPF in a body oil is controversial, but I love it and haven’t gotten burned once if I’ve been good about reapplying. This is a chemical SPF.

  4. Play! Everyday Lotion SPF 30 - This is a chemical SPF but it is incredibly hydrating, and creates a nice dewy base for makeup. This is one of the few sunscreens I use both on my face and body. On the face, I’d skip if you’re oily, but if you’re normal to dry you’d probably really like this. For my combo skin, I prefer it in the winter. I love how affordable it is, and they sell it in large formats.

  5. Lip Screen SPF 40 - a sheer non-sticky lip gloss with SPF. It does have a little bit of a chemical SPF taste to it, but I find it’s not bad compared to others I’ve tried. It’s pretty hydrating too!

  6. Poof 100% Mineral Part Powder SPF 35 - I have bought SO MANY of these for my friends and family, especially with kids who are dealing with burnt hair parts. Especially kids who won’t wear a hat (I can relate). It’s genius, and really easy to use.

  7. Shimmershade SPF 30 - these are shimmery eyeshadows with SPF that DO NOT MOVE. They’re totally crease proof, and don’t melt in the sun. I have oily hooded lids, and these stay completely in tact. They only last about a year before they dry out, but I love swiping one on for an easy eye look, and added eye protection. First Light and Sunset make a subtle daytime smokey eye and daydream is a pretty rose gold. Golden hour was a hair too yellow on me.

  8. Play! Mineral Mist SPF 50 - I prefer this to the chemical version, just because I find that version irritates my son’s super sensitive skin. It’s a super easy body spray to apply on the go. And let’s be honest, applying sunscreen on kid’s is a nightmare so I’ll take all the help I can get. This also has 80 minutes water resistance!

  9. Re(setting) 100% Mineral Powder SPF 35 - I used to use this product to reapply SPF all the time, but I just truly don’t feel I am getting enough protection that way. However, it’s great for setting makeup or sticky sunscreen, and getting that added protection. IF this is your only way you like to reapply than that’s great too! It’s definitely better than nothing. You can also brush these into your hair to prevent your part from burning.

  10. City Serum SPF 30 - This is a chemical SPF in a super lightweight lotion, and I think it’s actually my favorite texture of any Supergoop! SPF’s. I wish it were SPF 50, and I wish the price didn’t hurt so badly. Definitely one I’d get on sale, but don’t be sad when you fall in love! The price is honestly one of the main reasons I don’t recommend it to people.

Honorable Mentions:

Hand Screen SPF 40 - This is really nice, I am not going to lie. Do you necessarily need a different SPF for your hands? No. But this one isn’t sticky, but is still hydrating. If it helps you remember to apply to your hands its worth grabbing!

Zincscreen SPF 40 - I love that this has a teeny bit of shimmer to it, so it just makes you look glowy. I never personally had this issue, but a lot of my followers have complained that this pilled, so it doesn’t play well with other products. Therefore, I don’t recommend it much anymore. Use at your own risk!

Defense Refresh (Re)Setting Mist SPF 40 - For similar reasons to the setting powder, I don’t use this to reapply SPF anymore, and it’s fine as a makeup setting mist, but nothing life changing. However, if it’s the only chance you’ll reapply SPF, it’s worth a shot!
