My Thoughts

First off, can we talk about this gorgeous green color?! I knew that this face oil had chlorophyll in it, which is what made me interested in it in the first place. I've seen some other skincare with chlorophyll in them, and I have always been a bit intrigued by its antioxidant properties, but also because it's amazing at healing and relieving acne breakouts.

The oil itself is lightweight; it's not completely dry but it's on the lighter end of the spectrum compared to other oils that I've tried. It reminds me the most of my YTTP Superberry oil and the Mara Universal oil.

I wore this oil both day and night for about 10 days. What I noticed was plump, dewy skin. I definitely noticed a reduction in redness and balancing of my skin. The dryness on my forehead went away, and my oilier areas appeared less oily-- in fact all of my skin looked the same! Which is the goal, right? I did have one blemish pop up in the time I was using it, and I did find this healed it very quickly and reduced the post-inflammatory redness into virtually nothing, and there were no signs of pigmentation. Side note: the blemish was on my chin, and was hormonal--I forgot to take my Spironolactone for two whole nights, and my hormones were out of whack.

During the day, I used three drops and followed with my sunscreen, and it was the perfect amount of hydration. At night, I did the same followed by a moisturizer or sleeping mask, and that was also perfect. If you have more oily skin, you definitely don't need that final step, but I just prefer to seal an oil in with a mask/moisturizer. I really could work this into my skin both day and night and experience zero pilling-- it wears well with all of the products I've had in rotation. It also wear's beautifully under makeup!

If you are sensitive to citrus oils, or neroli oil specifically, you might want to stay away. I can sometimes be, depending on the quality and quantity of the essential oil, and this face oil didn't bother me. It's also the last ingredient, which is great!

If you are looking for a hydrating, balancing, and healing oil, this is a fabulous option. I also think that because it lives up to its claims, and provides benefits outside of just making you dewy, it is worth the price (obviously, if this is within your budget!).

It's also been amazing and seamless working with the Dewy&Bae team; their customer service is fantastic and they have been nothing short of fabulous to work with! And with that being said, they were kind enough to provide a discount code for my followers, see below.

Promo Code:

Dewy&Bae were kind enough to give me a code so that my followers can also try out Raw Glow. Code DEVSDAY on the Dewy&Bae website will get you 5% off the Raw Glow serum. This may seem like not that much, but they offer free worldwide shipping. Typically, shipping to or from Australia is very pricey so the fact that they are taking care of shipping is amazing! Shipping is usually one of the biggest barriers in preventing me (living in the US) from trying more Australian brands.
